I'm back~ Yes, people, this blog is going to be closed down and purged for good. lol...

anyway, anyway i have opened another blog..... to actually replace this one.. XD

soooooo.. thanks for reminding me update my blog constantly (u know who u are)..

Hehehehe. Happy hols y'all!! =DD

28!

Haha. As for now, I've still kept my promise so far. :P

Anyways, I've been downloading Lost Season 5. And I spent the whole morning watching them. Thanks to Alvin Ting for the free download. =D For those who are interested, http://10.1.50.250/TV/ is where you can find it. Up to now, I'm still not sure how it works behind the scenes, but I'll update more on it when I find out later. Then again, there are a few shows that he has uploaded, but you could request him to do so. Hehehe.

Highlight of the day: RA 3 match between Sheldon and I going against Gerard and Jeffery in the cyber-cafe opposite bakery. Obviously, we lost the damn game. -__- Gerard, who already knew my strategy using Japan sent 4 Vindicators early in the game to effectively killed my spirit off. Thanks a lot for that. All in all, it was a good game. xD Then we had a round of L4D, where it was all about gore and surprises. =.=

And I accidentally slept while reading Judaism (of World Religions); which shows how boring it is. Okay, maybe it was my fault to read while lying down on my bed. But still, it is complicated!! And difficult to memorize. And long. And there are lots of names. And our very kind Mr Eddy finished it in 2 classes. Goodnessgraciousme. And there goes my test on Thursday. What does renewing the covenant mean?? :| Sigh~

29!

Hey there, all! Yes, it's been awhile since I last had a proper post. The most recent one was quite fake, it was meant to encourage me to blog more often (which I did not do so). So, yeah, I'm gonna title the next 29 posts as numbers arranged in a descending order from 29 - 1. Its actually the number of days I have left in INTI before I leave INTI for good. It might seem as if I'm emo-ing about all this. To some extent, yes it's true. Haha. I've learnt many new things here, gained much needed experience and knowledge of the ways of life, made many friends, and I've learnt the value of friendship, something that I was not exposed to last time. Of course Inti was wonderful. (that's to a certain extent as well.)

Anyway, beginning from this post onwards, I'm still not sure what I'll blog, it could go from talking about what happened on that particular day or maybe I'll reminisce about past events. And I'll try my best to blog everyday. XD

Well, for today, let's see. It started off normally, except the knowledge that the Physics 2 Test 2 was looming closer and closer, hour by hour. -___- After Cal 3 class, I rushed to the gym (yes, for those who did not know, I've been visiting the gym frequently nowadays). Then for the next few hours, it was all about physics. At 4 pm, doomsday arrived. And it was hell! I even wished for the test to end earlier. IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT! I ended up leaving 2 questions blank. Sigh. Sheldon, there goes the A-. Haha. Then, we had dinner before heading for extra class where Mr Kumar ended the class by asking us to solve the question of : Go Home. -_____-

Then, the fun part came at night. Futsal! At the tennis court! Hehe. We played for like 2 whole hours before the guard chased us off. Haha and here I am now, blogging when I'm supposed to sleep.

Oh well, there'll be 2 more tests next week. World religions and Calculus 3. Darn~ So much for enjoying the last semester. Hahaha.

And yes, I'm back.! After more than 3 months of not blogging, I've decided to start blogging again. Haha. Actually, it's due to the hat-trick of tests and mid terms that I'm facing next week. =S

PHY 212 Test 1 - Monday - 8am - 10am
MAT 232 Test 1 - probably Tuesday - 6pm - 8pm
MUS 105 Mid Term - Thursday - 6pm - 8pm

Goodness gracious me. Another week of death. :|
And I should start studying again.

To be continued...

Ah. My hols continue. =D

Before I went back to INTI, we stopped by Melaka, just to eat the Nyonya food. I shall just let the pictures do the talking.

Ah. The restaurant.

Nuts as appetizer.

Some kind of toufu.

Omelette with cincaluk.

Rendang chicken. Doesn't seem so rendang-ish, does it?

Oh. Sambal kangkung. My personal favorite. =DD

LOOK AT ALL THESE DISHES!!

Yes, very mouth-watering food indeed. :D

Next stop, it was the land-of-boredom-when-without-a-laptop, INTI! Okay, its not that boring, but it hurts greatly if one goes there during the holidays WITHOUT a laptop. Never mind, I shall not elaborate on that. Thankfully, I managed to settle most of my uni application stuff. 4 done, 1 to go!

Anyways, on Thursday, I took an 11.30 am bus from Pudu Raya to Butterworth, where Khai Zhi was waiting for me. For dinner, we had prawn mee in some hawker center, then we went to Jusco Seberang Prai. We quickly bought tickets for Twilight, some supposedly vampire movie where the vampires don't even bare their fangs. Well, thank god anyway; if not, I would have fainted in the movie hall.

After leaving the place, we headed to another-kopitiam-in-the-middle-of-Butterworth to have char koay teow.

This is not another ordinary plate of koay teow. No, it's not because its cooked in Penang, it's because it was fried with CHARCOAL, not GAS. It tastes a bit different, but I'm not going to elaborate more on this.

Next day, Penang Island!!!

The very famous G Hotel.

This is where one can buy the best tau sah peah in Penang. :D

Just some random son of a b*tch we met in Batu Feringghi.

KOMTAR.!

I bet many Penangites don't even know this place =P

Gurney Plaza.

Penang's very own Twin Towers. Lol.

Yes, yes Batu Feringghi is an ideal place for couples to hang out.

Yeow and the 'legally stolen' cans of soft drinks  (plus 2 cans of beer). :P

Ah, the Kek Lok Si temple.

In the heart of the temple.

We found a Mr Koong lookalike in Kek Lok Si temple. Even his voice is similar to Mr Koong's!
People, we might have found his long lost brother. Heheh.

One of the rare group photos that we took, this one outside Queensbay Mall. The background isn't very obvious though.

A Malaysia flag that is on top another flag???
Hoho, someone, contact the Star and claim the RM 50 reward for this picture :P

A picture of me.

Another picture of me, but
forget about me, look at the food!!

Aduh, its a waste I couldn't take more pictures on Penang food.

And, there you have it, people! Penang! Haha. Many wonderful things to eat, many wonderful places to visit; but be careful of whatever you eat (especially non-locals), because the probability of falling ill is very high after having Penangites' food. :P
Don't believe me, ask Yeow and Seong Gee.

BTW, my laptop is fully repaired!!! :DDD
YES!!

To be continued.
Next place-of-visit, Cambodia!!!!!

Yes, I know it's been a long time since I last updated this blog. Sorry fellas! Obviously, the first few weeks of my hols have been quite uneventful. All I did was to hang around at home, playing games (duh), sleep and of course, trying to complete my uni applications. Read : trying. The game that caught my attention this time round is Dawn of War : Soulstorm.

This sequel to Dawn of War : Dark Crusade left me hooked on to my laptop for hours a day. Thus, my daily schedule for an average day would be : wake up, read newspapers, gaming, lunch, gaming, cycling, dinner, gaming, sleep. Hahahaha. This will therefore explain why I took 3 weeks to complete 3 application essays. XD
I went to Singapore one of the Saturdays with Jia Min and 2 of her UTM friends. After clearing customs, we left for Queenstown by bus. There, we walked to Bugis Village (a place like Petaling Street in KL), then walked to Bugis Junction, which is a huge, huge contrast to Bugis Village
although both places are just opposite each other. Then, we took MRT to Chinatown (as the name suggests, its another Petaling Street lookalike).

   Chinatown!

Then somehow we stumbled upon the Red Dot Design Museum.

After that, we headed to VivoCity, which is (currently) the biggest shopping mall in Singapore. This isn't another regular shopping mall; it is located opposite Sentosa Island, near Mount Faber, where one takes cable car rides to Sentosa, and it is also where ships bearing the emblem of Star Cruises dock. Few hours later, I was back across the causeway.

About a week after that, I was in JB's City Square, watching the latest Bond flick, the Quantum of Solace. I went into the cinema hall, bracing myself for the worst as many people and even newspaper articles have criticised the movie. Among the lines I remembered, "it was hopelessly boring", "I slept throughout the movie" and "Casino Royale was much better than this one". 2 hours later, I came out from the hall silently applauding the movie and I somehow cannot understand why people don't like the movie. But, never mind, it's nice. :D

Gaming at home for 3 weeks continuously took a heavy toll on my laptop. One fine day, it couldn't be POWERED ON at all. SIGH. There goes all my songs, movies, tv shows, and countless of pictures. SIGH. After sending it to 2 different computer shops, I concluded that it was beyond repair. SIGH. Even if it was reparable, it would be extremely costly. SIGH. There goes my precious laptop. SIGH. And together with it, my application essays. SIGH.

And my holidays continue....

This time, I'll let the pictures do the talking. :P

Peering out of a hole-on-my-door,

The life in a twin-sharing room, another norm for students in colleges.

Students paying attention in class attentively, (with mouths wide open).

Students doing (last minute) revision before the tests in common room.

Couples are a norm in INTI.

Erm.. can i include gay couples too?

Some students love to pose in front of the camera.

Well, this is more than a pose. :P
